If the completed work doesn’t match the booked package scope, you get a redo window with the same tech or a rematch. Scope photos and notes are the source of truth.
Labor for the package as listed. Materials (cable, APs, etc.) quoted separately unless the package says otherwise. Custom jobs get a written scope before work starts.
We collect; tech is paid after completion (~75–80% to tech). Card capture / escrow wiring is not live on this staging site.
